Jamur tiram coklat (Pleurotus cystidiosus L) tudung buah berwarna coklat, teksturnya tebal, begizi tinggi, berkhasiat obat.Prospek yang baik untuk dikembangkan, namun ketersediaan bibit unggul susah didapatkan. Permasalahan dalam pembuatan biakan murni (F0) dengan media PDA adalah terkontaminasi organisme lain. Penelitian ini membuat jamur P. L campuran jagung dan dedak PDA. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui persentase tumbuh laju pertumbuhan miselium pada Prosedur (FO): penyiapan media, sterilisasi, inokulasi, inkubasi, pengumpulan perhitungan data. Hasil penelitian: (1) Persentase sebesar 100%, 60% (2) Laju lebih rendah dari PDA, demikian fakta dapat menjadi petunjuk bahwa tahapan ditumbuhkan langsung biji-bijian seperti tanpa melalui
